Quite challenging when you can't see them because you don't have lights. * Rescue a Astrokerbal stranded in orbit. doesnt that have the same issues? also, there is a space telescope in ksp. Point 6: so instead you want a bunch of randomly generated orbits to put satellites. dont accept it? How are you accepting moon contracts before 20 science? cause thats when you can get a landing leg Point 4: if you dont have the upgrades to do a contract yet. Point 3: later in the game? how is 70 science later in the game? and what do you mean cant reenter? are you forgetting to add heat shields? Point 2: first part maybe valid, but second one isnt, you can reenter just fine, even if you have trouble you can just use the experiment storage. Originally posted by MAD:Career mode in KSP1 sucked.Įxplore the solar system point 1: what do you want them to do? hand make 1000 different missions? Launch a space telescope (why are there no cameras in KSP1?) Research the effect of the ionosphere (Thermosphere) on communications. Put a dog in space (and recover it) (poor Laika) Measure the prolong effects of space on a Kerbal Place a sat in polar orbit just for the sake of it. Place a communication satellite in geosynchronous orbit Place a spy sat in low orbit to photograph stuff. Diddn't anyone tell squad you can buy ladders from Bunnings FFSĭock with and rescue a pilot in orbit (do this 10 times) 0 XP WTF ladders require 150 science and are harder to research than Heavy Lifters. Land on the Mun without landing legs, lights or ladders. (Really, How hard is it to make a blinking light) Navigate to 200m from their craft, match velocities and be unable to see them. Rescue this stranded Kerbal in orbit when you can't track them and have no where to put them other than weld two Mercury style single occupant modules together. Later in the game when you get a module its totally useless as you cant re-enter with it. There is no multi crew modules to house them. ![]() You have just orbited Kerbin and now 8 tourist want to orbit Kerbin also. What ever happened to unmanned re-entry of film canisters etc. Here is a science module which is so fragile you can't re-enter with it so you loose half the research transmitting it home. Measure the temperature at random location X at altitude Y. Rock collection was OK but it cost millions to unlock Kerbal Space Program Enhanced Edition and Enhanced Edition Complete bundle is optimized for console players, featuring a completely reworked user interface and new controls.Stupid random missions masquerading as a career. In Sandbox, you are free to build any spacecraft you can think of, with all parts and technology in the game. In Career Mode, oversee every aspect of the space program, including construction, strategy, funding, upgrades, and more. In Science Mode, perform space experiments to unlock new technology and advance the knowledge of Kerbalkind. Kerbal Space Program features three gameplay modes. Launch your Kerbal crew into orbit and beyond (while keeping them alive) to explore moons and planets in the Kerbal solar system, constructing bases and space stations to expand the reach of your expedition. You have access to an array of parts to assemble fully-functional spacecraft that flies (or doesn’t) based on realistic aerodynamic and orbital physics. In Kerbal Space Program, take charge of the space program for the alien race known as the Kerbals. ![]()
